Layered Casserole(Ultra Low-Fat)

  1. Brown meat and onion in large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Add tomato sauce and seasonings.
  3. Simmer 7 to 8 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine green pepper, cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream; mix thoroughly.
  5. Spray large casserole dish (9 x 13-inch) with nonstick spray.
  6. Cover bottom with pasta.
  7. Add a layer of meat mixture.
  8. Pour cottage cheese mixture for next layer and top with shredded fat free cheese. Bake uncovered at 350u0b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
  9. Makes 8 servings. Contains 202 calories and 2 grams of fat per serving.
