Salmon and Dill Sauce
- salmon
- 1 lb salmon, washed and skinned
- 1 tablespoon butter
- season with chef pauls Salmon Magic seasoning
- dill sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons green onions
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 14 cup cream
- 18 cup white wine vinegar
- Dill Sauce
- Melt Butter sautee onions until tender, add vinegar, cream and dill simmer while fish is cooking.
- Salmon.
- Melt butter in add seasoned fish and sautee until coodked to desired wellness, should only take 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
