Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Corn-Pepper Relish
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
- 1 can (10 oz.) corn, drained
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 3/4 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix for Fat Free Dressing, divided
- 2 pork tenderloins (1-1/2 lb.)
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Combine beans, corn, peppers and 1/2 cup dressing.
- Grill meat 10 to 12 min.
- or until done (145 degrees F), turning occasionally and brushing with remaining dressing.
- Cover; let stand 3 min.
- Cut meat into 1/2-inch-thick slices.
- Serve with bean mixture.
