Dilly Beans Recipe

  1. Prepare jars for canning.
  2. Wash and trim beans at ends.
  3. Don't snap beans.
  4. Bring vinegar, salt and water to a boil.
  5. In the bottom each warm sterilized jar, put the garlic cloves, mustard seed, and dill.
  6. Pack jars with fresh green beans, packed lengthwise.
  7. Don't snap beans.
  8. Process for 20 min at 1000' altitude, or possibly adjust time according to your altitude.
  9. 6 Pints.
