Gluten Free Rice And Walnut Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Put in a greased 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 inch loaf pan.
  4. Bake until lightly browned and pulling away from the sides a bit, 60 to 90 minutes.
  5. *This goes great with cashew gravy.
