Gluten Free Rice And Walnut Loaf
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp sage
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3/4 to 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp dijon style mustard
- 1/4 cup minced celery
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 tbsp lightly roasted sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup roasted and chopped walnuts
- 1 1/4 cup cooked brown rice
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
- Put in a greased 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 inch loaf pan.
- Bake until lightly browned and pulling away from the sides a bit, 60 to 90 minutes.
