Banana Toffee Picnic Cupcakes Recipe

• 1 pkt Betty Crocker SuperMoist golden brown vanilla cake mix
• 1/3 c. Water
• 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
• 3 x Large eggs
• 1 tsp Almond extract
• 3 med Bananas, mashed (1 1/4 c.)
• 1 pkt (6 ounce.) toffee chips (1 c.)

1. Heat oven to 350 F. Line 36 medium muffin c., 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches, with paper baking c..
2. Beat cake mix (dry), water, oil, Large eggs and almond extract in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds.
3. Beat on medium speed 2 min.
4. Beat in bananas till smooth.
5. Stir in toffee chips.
6. Divide batter proportionately among muffing c..
7. Bake about 25 min or possibly till golden; immediately remove from pan.
8. Yield: 36 cupcakes.
