Banana Toffee Picnic Cupcakes Recipe
- 1 pkt Betty Crocker SuperMoist golden brown vanilla cake mix
- 1/3 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Almond extract
- 3 med Bananas, mashed (1 1/4 c.)
- 1 pkt (6 ounce.) toffee chips (1 c.)
- Heat oven to 350 F. Line 36 medium muffin c., 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches, with paper baking c..
- Beat cake mix (dry), water, oil, Large eggs and almond extract in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds.
- Beat on medium speed 2 min.
- Beat in bananas till smooth.
- Stir in toffee chips.
- Divide batter proportionately among muffing c..
- Bake about 25 min or possibly till golden; immediately remove from pan.
