Orange French Toast

  1. In a large bowl, combine orange juice, orange peel, orange juice concentrate, eggs and granulated sugar.
  2. Beat until well blended.
  3. Stir in yogurt.
  4. Cut bread into 1 to 1/2-inch thick (about 16 slices).
  5. Dip bread slices into egg mixture, turning to coat.
  6. Place in single layer in a shallow pan.
  7. Pour any remaining egg mixture over slices.
  8. Cover; chill up to 2 hours.
  9. Heat griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  10. Melt butter in pan.
  11. Lightly brown French toast on both sides.
  12. Keep French toast warm in oven until ready to serve.
  13. Dust with confectioners sugar and garnish with orange slices before serving.
