Chicken Salad Oriental
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 (13 1/2 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
- 1 (5 ounce) can water chestnuts
- 34 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 14 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- Combine and chill first four ingredients.
- Blend sour cream, ground ginger, salt, and pepper; add to chicken mixture; toss lightly.
- Serve on bed of greens.
- Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
