chicken and rice casserole

  1. make minute rice in med sause pan
  2. cook chicken in pan with water until done
  3. when chicken done cut in pieces
  4. in small pan saute onions,garlic with butter till onions are opaque
  5. layer the rice first the a can of soup and spread evenly .put on half the chicken
  6. pour over the sauted onions ,garlic and spread evenly .
  7. shake on spices only a few each
  8. repeat rice ,soup and chicken and shake on more Montreal chicken spice
  9. set oven at 350
  10. cover casserole with aluminum foil ,with a sharp knife make slits in foil .bake for 45min.
  11. eat and enjoy as we did
