chicken and rice casserole
- 5 med.size boneless chicken
- 1 minute rice
- 2 can cream of celery
- 1/4 onion diced
- 5 clove of garlic diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 McCormick montreal chicken spice
- 1 tumeric spice
- make minute rice in med sause pan
- cook chicken in pan with water until done
- when chicken done cut in pieces
- in small pan saute onions,garlic with butter till onions are opaque
- layer the rice first the a can of soup and spread evenly .put on half the chicken
- pour over the sauted onions ,garlic and spread evenly .
- shake on spices only a few each
- repeat rice ,soup and chicken and shake on more Montreal chicken spice
- set oven at 350
- cover casserole with aluminum foil ,with a sharp knife make slits in foil .bake for 45min.
- eat and enjoy as we did
