Lumpia

  1. Chop all vegetable ingredients fine.
  2. In deep frying pan or wok, add 1 tablespoon oil.
  3. Brown meat and drain excess oil. Break meat into small pieces (no lumps).
  4. Mix in vegetables and saute with meat until carrots are cooked.
  5. Sprinkle a few times with soy sauce for flavor.
  6. Simmer until vegetables are cooked. Let cool 1/2 to 1 hour.
