Chicken Or Turkey Enchiladas
- 4 chicken breasts or other pieces of equivalent weight
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chopped green chilies (optional)
- taco sauce
- milk
- cheese
- 12 flour tortillas
- Boil chicken; remove skin and bones and shred.
- Mix the sour cream, soup, chilies and enough milk to create pourable consistency.
- Flavor with taco sauce to taste.
- Pour small amount of sauce into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Spread to cover.
- Form enchiladas by placing chicken and grated cheese in a tortilla roll.
- Place seam side down in dish.
- Continue with enchiladas until chicken and cheese are gone.
- Cover with remaining sauce; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
