Super Bowl Brats & Knocks in Beer

  1. Grill the sausages until half cooked & have grill marks
  2. In a small pot add the beer & sliced onion & simmer until onions are soft
  3. Add the sausages & salt & pepper & let simmer for 15 minutes
  4. Slightly heat the roll then add a sausage & some onions wet to absorb into the roll & I like mine with spicy brown mustard.
  5. Eat & enjoy
