Cajun Fettuccini

  1. Drizzle oil in the pan.
  2. Saute the smoked sausage, shrimp, and minced garlic.
  3. Add the cayenne pepper.
  4. Deglaze the pan with the sherry.
  5. Then add and heat up the half-and-half, and chicken stock.
  6. Stir in the scallions, and then add the parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve over the cooked fettuccini.
  8. Enjoy!
