Arlene'S Italian Chili
- 12 oz. veggie crumbles
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 15 1/2 oz. Great Northern beans
- 15 oz. can chickpeas
- 15 1/2 oz. can butter beans
- In skillet, saute onions and peppers until cooked.
- In slow cooker or large saucepan, combine veggie crumbles, tomatoes, tomato sauce, soup and taco seasoning mix.
- Add onions and green peppers; mix well.
- Stir in the drained beans.
- Reduce to low heat for 4 hours in slow cooker or on low heat on stove for one hour or until heated through.
- Serves 8.
