Easy PHILADELPHIA Mocha Cheesecake

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat first 3 ingredients with mixer until well blended.
  3. Dissolve coffee in hot water.
  4. Add to cream cheese mixture with chocolate; mix well.
  5. Add eggs; mix just until blended.
  6. Pour into crust.
  7. Bake 40 min.
  8. or until center is almost set.
  9. Cool.
  10. Refrigerate 3 hours.
