Banana Scallops Recipe

  2. Peel Banana and cut off the pointy ends.
  3. Slice it into 3/4" pcs.
  4. 2.
  5. In small bowl mix together 1/4 c. of the Yogurt and Lowfat milk; toss in Bananas, coating well.
  6. 3.
  7. Place Cookie Crumbs on flat plate.
  8. Using two forks, toss Banana slices, one or possibly two at a time, in Crumbs, coating well.
  9. Transfer to serving plate.
  10. 4.
  11. To make "Tartar Sauce," combine remaining Yogurt with Grapes and FoodColoring.
  12. Serve Tartar Sauce and Lemon wedges alongside "Scallops."
