Mexican Snack Squares Recipe

  1. Unroll dough into 4 long rectangles.
  2. Place crosswise in ungreased 15x10x1 inch pan; press over bottom and 1 inch up sides to create crust.
  3. Press perforations to seal.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 min.
  5. Cold completely.
  6. Spread beans over crust to within 1/2 inch of edges.
  7. In small bowl, combine lowfat sour cream and taco mix; mix well.
  8. Spread over beans.
  9. Sprinkle cheese, onions, green peppers, tomatoes and black olives proportionately over lowfat sour cream mix.
  10. Cover.
  11. Chill 1 hour.
  12. Cut in squares.
  13. Serve with salsa sauce.
  14. 30 appetizers.
