VELVEETA LIGHT Tuna Mac
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups (8 oz.) elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA LIGHT Reduced Fat Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen vegetable blend
- 1 can (6 oz.) tuna in water, drained, flaked
- 2 Tbsp. fat-free milk
- Bring water to boil in saucepan.
- Stir in macaroni.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
- Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
- Do not drain.
- Add VELVEETA LIGHT, vegetable blend, tuna and milk.
- Cook until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
