Easy Spinach And Artichoke Casserole Recipe

• 4 pkg. frzn minced spinach
• 1 (14 ounce.) can artichoke hearts
• 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
• 2/3 env. Lipton's onion soup mix
• Salt & pepper to taste

1. Cook spinach, drain well.
2. Quarter artichoke hearts, combine all ingredients.
3. Bake in a 2 qt casserole 30 min at 350 degrees.
4. Very good!
