How to Make a Rose with Cured Ham

• 3 slice Cured ham

1. Slice the cured ham in half as shown.
2. Roll up the slice that will form the center tightly.
3. Stand up the center roll, and roll another piece around the base tightly.
4. Roll the other slices around this, making sure they are well balanced.
5. Put on a plate, and spread out the petals.
