Cry Baby Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. white sugar
• 1 c. shortening or possibly butter
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 c. dark molasses
• 1 c. strong black coffee
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon vinegar
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 4 1/2 c. flour (may need 1/4 c. more to make good consistency)

1. Cream sugar, shortening, and Large eggs.
2. Add in molasses and coffee.
3. Add in remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
4. Drop by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake 15 min at 375 degrees.
