Tuna Swiss Pie
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- 1 can (13 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- Pierce pastry thoroughly with fork.
- Bake at 375F for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss next 3 ingredients; spoon into pastry.
- In bowl, stir together remaining ingredients.
- Slowly pour over tuna mixture.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
