Onion Bread Twist

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast from hot roll mix in water. Stir in cheese, onion, oil, mustard and egg. Add flour mixture. Blend well. Cover.
  2. Let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size, 45 to 60 minutes. Grease (not oil) cookie sheet.
  3. On well floured surface, toss dough until no longer sticky. Divide dough into 2 pieces.
  4. Shape each into a 12-inch long roll.
  5. On greased cookie sheet, twist the 2 rolls together 3 times; seal ends.
  6. Beat water with egg white; brush over loaf.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size, 30 to 45 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  9. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Makes 1 loaf.
