Easy Red Snapper Recipe
- 1/4 teaspoon tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 pound red snapper fillets
- Lime slices
- Combine first 4 ingredients.
- Arrange fish fillets in baking dish and sprinkle with seasoning mix.
- Cover with waxed paper, microwave on high for 6 to 8 min or possibly till fish flakes easily.
- Rearrange fish halfway through cooking.
- Garnish with lime slices.
- Yield: 4 servings.
- Serving size: 1/4 recipe.
