Apple Cranberry Nut Bread (ABM)
- 12 cup orange juice
- 23 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 1 34 cups bread flour
- 1 34 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 12 teaspoons yeast
- 13 cup dried cranberries
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 12 walnuts, Chopped
- Coat dried cranberries with the cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Add ingredients in order recommended by manufacturer.
- If you have a fruit and nut cycle, add cranberries and walnuts after the beep, otherwise just add them with everything else.
- Use basic/light mode.
- Remove loaf from pan when done and cool on a wire rack before slicing.
