Hot Chilli Chocolate
- 1 pinch cayenne chilli pepper
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup full fat milk
- 4 tbsp thick double cream
- 3 tbsp hot chocolate powder
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 flake chocolate (optional)
- In a mug mix all the powdered ingredients together.
- Then heat the milk in the microwave until it starts to boil.
- Approximately 2 minutes.
- Keep a close eye as it will froth over the cup.
- Slowly pour into the cup with the powdered ingredients.
- Continuously stirring until you've added all the milk.
- Use a small whisk if you have one as it blends it all together better.
- Add in the double cream.
- Again if you have one use the whisk.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon or powdered chocolate over the cream.
- Add the flake to the cream and enjoy.
