Grandma's Cocktail Meatballs

  1. Mix all of the meatball ingredients, working the mixture as little as possible.
  2. Place cookie cooling racks over cookie sheets.
  3. Shape mixture into one-inch balls, rinsing your hands after every 5 or 6, and place on cooling racks.
  4. Bake meatballs 20 minutes at 350, or until almost cooked.
  5. Heat chili sauce and jelly in a skillet until jelly is melted, stirring constantly.
  6. Add meatballs and stir until coated.
  7. Simmer for half an hour, then transfer to a crockpot.
