Vegetable Beef Soup
- 1 lb. beef soup bones
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) tomatoes
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, with tops, sliced
- 2 md. onions, diced
- 2 md. potatoes, diced
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
- Put all ingredients in Crock Pot.
- Cover; cook on low 8-12 hours (High: 4-6 hours).
