Antipasto

  1. Pour dressing over artichoke hearts, pepperoni, tomatoes, olives and peppers; cover.
  2. Refrigerate overnight to marinate.
  3. Drain, reserving dressing.
  4. Toss pepperoni, vegetables and cheese with reserved dressing.
  5. Spoon onto serving platter.
