Chicken Ramen
- 2 packages Chicken ramen noodles
- 600 ml Water
- 200 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Miso
- 1 Ginger
- Add water and milk to a pot and heat.
- When the pot starts to boil, add miso paste and dissolve.
- Add grated ginger as well!
- Add chicken ramen noodles to the pot from step 1, and loosen the noodles.
- Cook to your preferred hardness.
- (I cooked for 1 minute.)
- Add toppings to finish.
- If you find the flavor is too strong, add more hot water.
