Carrot Soup

  1. saute onion until transparent.
  2. add carrots and sweat for a few minutes.
  3. add water, curry, bouillon, and simmer until soft.
  4. place in blender on medium and whip until smooth.
  5. when serving add cream in a swirl as garnish.
  6. chopped parsley and chives may also be used for garnish.
  7. serve with french loaf and light butter.
