Mushroom Casserole

  1. Place 3 slices buttered bread, cut up, on bottom of 2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Saute fresh sliced mushrooms in butter.
  4. Add green pepper, onion, celery, mayonnaise, mushroom soup, milk, eggs and 4 slices of bread, cut up.
  5. Combine all ingredients together and pour in casserole over cut up buttered bread cubes.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
  7. Add shredded cheese of choice and bake 10 minutes more or until cheese melts.
  8. Serves 10 to 12.
