Blueberry Muffin Recipe

  1. Beat together Large eggs, butter and sugar.
  2. Add in lowfat sour cream.
  3. Stir in rest of dry ingredients.
  4. Blend.
  5. Mix in blueberries.
  6. Spoon into prepared muffin tins.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
  8. Makes 36 regular sized muffins.
  9. This is a doubled recipe.
  10. These muffins disappear quickly!
