Blueberry Muffin Recipe
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 c. melted butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 c. flour
- 16 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 c. blueberries
- Beat together Large eggs, butter and sugar.
- Add in lowfat sour cream.
- Stir in rest of dry ingredients.
- Blend.
- Mix in blueberries.
- Spoon into prepared muffin tins.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
- Makes 36 regular sized muffins.
- This is a doubled recipe.
- These muffins disappear quickly!
