Zesty Lime Rice Salad
- 3 cups cooked long-grain white rice
- 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) black beans, rinsed
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- Combine ingredients.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
