Hint-of-Mint Chocolate Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix wafer crumbs, butter and sugar until well blended.
  3. Press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
  4. Bake 5 to 8 min.
  5. or until golden brown.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Pour milk into large bowl.
  8. Add dry pudding mixes.
  9. Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
  10. or until well blended.
  11. Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping.
  12. Spread into crust.
  13. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
  14. Stir crushed mints into remaining 1 cup whipped topping just before serving.
  15. Spread onto pie.
  16. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
