Easy Komatsuna and Maitake Garlic Stir-fry

  1. Shred the maitake into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Thoroughly rinse the komatsuna, then chop into 5-cm lengths.
  3. Pour the olive oil into a frying pan, and add the thinly sliced garlic and heat until aromatic (over medium heat).
  4. Increase heat to high, add the maitake and komatsuna, then add the sake right away.
  5. When the vegetables become tender, season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper, then serve!
