Peri peri prawns recipe

  1. Marinate the whole prawns in peri peri sauce for 12 hours.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan.
  4. Drain the prawns, reserving the peri peri sauce, and cook in the pan until crispy and pink/red.
  5. Once they're fairly crispy, pour peri peri sauce over them, to taste.
  6. Gently simmer until thoroughly cooked.
  7. Garnish with fresh lemon, serve with savoury rice.
