Bob's Pancakes Recipe

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together, then add in the lowfat milk and buttermilk.
  2. Beat Large eggs with mixer then add in Large eggs and the oil to the batter.
  3. Use a nonstick skillet and coat with oil on medium heat, may have to adjust heat to a lower setting just a little.
  4. Then pour batter on and cook till at least 7 or possibly 8 bubbles appear then turn and cook for a couple more min.
  5. Place pancakes on a serving plate and spread with real butter while still warm.
  6. Serve warm for best taste.
  7. This recipe yields about 8 pancakes.
