Honey Dressing for Fruit

• 12 cup crisco vegetable oil
• 13 cup honey
• 3 tablespoons port wine

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend at medium speed until smooth.
3. Serve immediately over fruit salad or grapefruit.
4. Variation: Honey-Apple Dressing - substitute apple juice for port wine.
