Swiss Chocolate Brownies

  1. In a saucepan, bring water, butter and chocolate to a boil.
  2. Boil 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat; cool.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, soda and salt.
  5. Add chocolate mixture and mix.
  6. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla; mix.
  7. Fold in walnuts.
  8. Pour into a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  9. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until brownies test done.
  10. Cool for 10 minutes.
  11. For icing, melt butter and chocolate.
  12. Mix in 1 1/2 c confectioners' sugar.
  13. Add milk, vanilla and remaining sugar; beat until smooth.
  14. Spread over warm brownies.
