Caramba Cafe
- 1 12 cups coffee (cold & strong)
- 6 ounces tequila
- 4 ounces coffee liqueur
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pint coffee ice cream
- 4 cinnamon sticks (for stirring)
- Combine all ingredients except ice cream and cinnamon sticks in a blender and refrigerate to chill.
- At serving time add ice cream and blend.
- Pour over cracked ice into glass coffee mugs.
- Add a cinnamon stir stick.
