Better Brownies(Microwave)
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. flour (all-purpose)
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
- pecans (for garnish)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 3/4 c. chocolate flavor syrup (canned)
- Cream together butter and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs, one at a time. Add salt.
- Stir in syrup, flour and vanilla. Add nuts and stir to blend well.
- Turn into greased and lightly floured 8-inch square microsafe pan or dish.
- Microwave on High power for 3 minutes.
- Let rest 3 minutes. Repeat on High power for 3 minutes and let rest 3 minutes.
- Finally, microwave on High power for 2 more minutes or until batter is set and done to your liking.
- Let rest in pan for a couple of minutes or until almost cool.
- Cut into squares and remove from pan and garnish with nuts or powdered sugar.
