Better Brownies(Microwave)

  1. Cream together butter and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time. Add salt.
  3. Stir in syrup, flour and vanilla. Add nuts and stir to blend well.
  4. Turn into greased and lightly floured 8-inch square microsafe pan or dish.
  5. Microwave on High power for 3 minutes.
  6. Let rest 3 minutes. Repeat on High power for 3 minutes and let rest 3 minutes.
  7. Finally, microwave on High power for 2 more minutes or until batter is set and done to your liking.
  8. Let rest in pan for a couple of minutes or until almost cool.
  9. Cut into squares and remove from pan and garnish with nuts or powdered sugar.
