Mum's Tuna Pasta Bake
- 740 g tuna
- 500 g penne pasta
- 150 g sweetcorn
- 250 g low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- grated cheese, for topping
- Cook pasta for 10-12 minutes.
- Drain and add tuna, mayonnaise, sweetcorn and mustard.
- Transfer to an oven proof dish.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Place in oven at 180C for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot or allow to cool and store in the fridge.
