Cured Ham & Watermelon
- 5 slice Cured ham
- 10 bite-sized pieces Watermelon
- 1 dash Olive oil
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- Chop the watermelon into bite-sizes and remove the seeds.
- Halve the cured ham into lengthwise strips.
- Wrap the watermelon with the cured ham and align on a serving dish.
- Chill well in the fridge.
- Serve with lots of black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Enjoy!
