Cured Ham & Watermelon

  1. Chop the watermelon into bite-sizes and remove the seeds.
  2. Halve the cured ham into lengthwise strips.
  3. Wrap the watermelon with the cured ham and align on a serving dish.
  4. Chill well in the fridge.
  5. Serve with lots of black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
  6. Enjoy!
