Salisbury Steak With Gravy
- 2 lbs ground beef
- egg, -2 (beaten)
- chicken broth, 1/2 cup
- breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup
- onion, 2/3 (chopped)
- garlic, 3 tsp
- barbecue sauce, 1/4 cup
- salt
- pepper
- italian seasoning
- flour
- milk, 1 cup
- Take a large bowl.
- Add the beef, eggs, chicken broth, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, garlic, barbecue sauce, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
- Mix well.
- Make patties with the mixture and keep aside.
- Take a pan.
- Add oil and some chopped onions.
- Place the patties on the layer of onions.
- Cover and cook.
- Turn them over in between.
- Take out the patties when done and keep aside.
- Add a little flour on the onions remaining in the pan.
- Add 1 cup of chicken broth, milk and stir.
- Let boil.
- Put the patties (steak) in this gravy and let simmer.
- Cover with a lid and let cook for 15 minutes.
- Serve.
