White Chocolate-Mint Mousse Dessert

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in medium saucepan.
  2. Stir in 3/4 cup milk; let stand 1 min.
  3. Cook on low heat 5 min.
  4. or until gelatine and mints are completely dissolved, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add chocolate; stir until melted.
  7. Gradually stir in remaining milk.
  8. Refrigerate 30 min.
  9. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
  10. Add COOL WHIP; stir with whisk until blended.
  11. Spoon into 6 dessert glasses.
  12. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
