Five layer pie
- 1 cup buttermilk sr corn meal mix
- 1 cup sr flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lb meat
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp caper
- 2 tbsp concorde grape jam
- 1 tbsp green olives minced
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp dehydrated onions
- 15 oz can of black beans drained
- pinch salt
- 1 tbsp chives oil
- 2 cup Colby Monterey Jack cheddar cheese shredded
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit
- Mix the ingredients for crust except as needed flour and as needed olive oil.
- Mix well knead 2 minutes form a ball.
- Put oil and bread ball int a bowl coat ball with olive oil.
- Cover with plastic wrap, and put in a warm place for an hour.
- In a pan brown your meat add onions and all the other meat ingredients
- Cook covered simmering for 7 minutes.
- Set aside.
- Cook your black beans add salt and chives oil, let thicken just a bit.
- Take dough knead 3 minutes.
- Roll out put in a deep dish pie pan 9 inch.
- Add parmesan cheese on crust then meat on top of that
- Add beans on meat.
- And cheese on top
- Bake in oven 30 minutes
- Add sour cream on top serve optional
