Five layer pie

  1. Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit
  2. Mix the ingredients for crust except as needed flour and as needed olive oil.
  3. Mix well knead 2 minutes form a ball.
  4. Put oil and bread ball int a bowl coat ball with olive oil.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap, and put in a warm place for an hour.
  6. In a pan brown your meat add onions and all the other meat ingredients
  7. Cook covered simmering for 7 minutes.
  8. Set aside.
  9. Cook your black beans add salt and chives oil, let thicken just a bit.
  10. Take dough knead 3 minutes.
  11. Roll out put in a deep dish pie pan 9 inch.
  12. Add parmesan cheese on crust then meat on top of that
  13. Add beans on meat.
  14. And cheese on top
  15. Bake in oven 30 minutes
  16. Add sour cream on top serve optional
