Crab Rangoon Tartlets
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, At Room Temperature
- 1 can (6 Oz. Can) Crab Meat
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 2 stalks Chopped Green Onions
- 2 cans (8 Oz. Can) Uncut Crescent Roll Dough
- Sweet And Sour Sauce, To Serve
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, crab meat, garlic and green onions.
- Roll out the cans of the uncut crescent roll dough and using a pizza cutter, cut each sheet into 24 squares.
- Press the squares into mini cupcake baking pans.
- Fill each cup with a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake the tartlets at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until the dough turns a golden brown.
- Plate the tartlets and spoon a glob of sweet and sour sauce on each one.
- Enjoy!
