Hamburger Pie
- 2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 cup onion
- 1 (15 ounce) can peas
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn
- 34 cup cheese, I prefer cheddar, but you can use any type
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Cook and crumble ground beef.
- While beef is cooking, spray a pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
- Line the bottom with crescent rolls.
- Set some aside to also top the pie.
- Once ground beef is cooked, add the onion to soften it a bit.
- Then add the drained peas and corn.
- Mix well.
- Put in the pie plate on top of the crescent rolls.
- Add Cheese.
- Top with remaining crescent rolls.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the crescent roll top is brown and pretty.
