Aunt Alice's Curried Four Fruit Bake Recipe
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 4 tsp curry pwdr
- 16 ounce pear halves, canned maraschino cherries
- 16 ounce peach halves, canned
- 1 lrg Apple, sliced
- Heat oven to 325 degrees.
- Heat margarine.
- Add in sugar and curry.
- Drain and dry fruit in 1 1/2 qt casserole.
- Add in margarine mix.
- Bake 1 hour.
- Serve hot from baking dish.
- Good with ham, lamb, chicken or possibly turkey.
- Flavor witll be even better if dish stands covered in refrigerator and the reheated.
